My nursing care encompasses 40 years of diverse direct and indirect experience including my most current role as  Licensed Practical Nurse at Walmart Health and Wellness clinic. My responsibilities included Value- Based (VBC) and Transition of Care (TOC) assessments, referral and pre-authorizations, applied critical thinking and problem-solving, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes, process improvement, provider and administrative support, records management, client intakes, medical summarizations for short and long-term disability claims, assist with access to social services, and case management activities. 

I am Currently enrolled in an Integrative Health Practitioner Level 1 certification program. I completed a PhD program in Organization Management with Capella University and graduated with a Masters Degree in Management from the University of Phoenix.
