Back in 1998 when I first moved here I worked for Presbyterian in their Customer Service Department of the Insurance Division for a year, I then transferred to an Insurance Group Specialist position with the company and was with that for a year, then I decided to move to a Medical office as a Front Desk Specialist and I accomplished everything from checking in patients to Billing, to authorizing referrals.  I won the Helping Hands Award while I was at that position for 2 years.
