Experience

I have a pretty good mixture of different professions I have worked in through out my life. Most of my jobs have been in the customer service area. I have worked as a front desk agent for many years with a large very well known chain of hotels, Choice Hotels so the Comfort Suites chain. My skills include handling a high volume amount of calls daily, setting up guests stays in the computer system used by the hotel administration. I was usually the first face guests would see when they came to stay with us. I was required to enter daily numbers and file them as the night auditor for management. Cash handling skills were a common expectation of my role with the company.
