As a Salesforce QA Lead, I have managed both manual and automation teams and worked on various domains such as E-Commerce, Healthcare, BFS, and Life Sciences. Additionally, I have served as an Onsite Coordinator for QA teams, allowing me to develop strong communication and leadership skills.

I hold several certifications, including Certified Salesforce Business Analyst, Certified Salesforce Administrator, ISTQB, and Oracle Certified Associate, which demonstrate my expertise in the field.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with business users and product experts to analyze requirements, plan tests, design test cases, execute tests, manage defects, and prepare test closure reports. I have also collaborated effectively with designers and developers, discussing requirements, acceptance criteria, and defect resolution. Furthermore, I have participated in all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
