My journey into IT began with a deep passion for problem-solving as a developer. Over the years, I’ve grown through roles into Program Manager, and Release Train Engineer (RTE). This path has fueled my love for leading Agile transformations and driving complex programs to success. I’m most excited by turning strategic goals into reality, optimizing processes, and delivering tangible value to both customers and teams.
