I lead with the belief that people perform at their highest level when they feel seen, supported, and

inspired. During my time at T-Mobile, I have focused on developing teams through empathy, clear

communication, and a culture of shared ownership. I take pride in helping individuals recognize their

strengths, build confidence, and show up as the best version of themselves at work.

There is a quote from Gary Vaynerchuk that has shaped my leadership philosophy. He said, “I

genuinely like people, have compassion and understanding when things don't go well with them. Love

and adore their capacity and the overall warmth and good we have in the world. Perspective is a

powerful thing.” I see leadership as service. My role is to challenge people to grow, celebrate their

progress, and create an environment where they feel empowered to win.

In my most recent roles, I:

• Led performance coaching and development for more than 60 Mobile Experts across multiple

locations.

• Increased Share of Households from 7 percent to 18 percent through consistent customer relationship

building and sales coaching.

• Improved customer satisfaction scores from 8.9 to 9.7 by aligning service expectations, skill

development, and accountability.

• Built a district-wide escalation workflow that improved First Interaction Resolution and reduced churn.

• Developed internal talent, including a Mobile Expert I mentored who is now a Store Manager.

What sets me apart is not only the outcomes I deliver, but the culture I build to achieve them. I lead with

patience, encouragement, and clarity. I set standards, and I give people the tools and support to

exceed them. I believe in running toward challenges with curiosity and resilience, and in creating

momentum that inspires teams to grow consistently.
