With years of diverse experience in customer service roles, including Front Desk at Presbyterian Hospital in Philadelphia, Pa,Clinical Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, Medical Terminology, Call Center Representative, Assistant Property Manager, Administrative Assistant as well as working in the position of Executive Administrative Assistant for a home improvement LLC. I am confident in my ability to contribute significantly to your team.
I have cultivated a strong foundation in providing exceptional customer service and support across various industries. As a Clinical Medical Assistant, I honed my skills in patient interaction, communication, and healthcare administration, ensuring a compassionate and efficient experience for patients. My role as a Call Center Representative further enhanced my ability to manage high-volume inquiries, resolve conflicts, maintain a positive customer experience as well as develop a formal training program for new hires and transfers to the distribution department. All while adhering to company policies and procedures.
