Over 20 years of cutomer serice exerience 12 of them in  banking. From CSR to CSM in less then 2 years. Also have PBR and Commercial Business banker experience as well. Specialize in operations, sales, daily recaps branch EOD balancing. Have done teller over and shorts also assisted branch manager on account desicions. Worked my way up to management after first 2years.Highly trained in Sales Compliance and over all customer service excellence maintenan retention while building new relationships with a personal but professional touch. Knowing the clientele strengthens their foundation within the branch. Leading and coaching teller line for new sale opportunities offering every customer knowledge and benefits of our products to help with their financial needs.
