Simon Gfeller is a multifaceted professional who bridges the worlds of creative arts and corporate leadership with expertise in education and program development. With a strong foundation in the arts, he has delivered international performances as a soloist and taught acting, singing, and communication skills in academic and community settings. As a leader in Learning and Development, Simon has managed multidisciplinary teams, designed high-impact eLearning programs, and improved instructional experiences for millions of users. Notably, during his tenure at ELSA Speak, he guided content strategy, led community engagement, and supported the company in securing significant funding. His work is defined by a commitment to inclusivity, creativity, and fostering collaboration across diverse environments.

Simon holds a Master’s Degree in Performance (Distinction) from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, as well as dual Bachelor's Degrees in Opera Singing and Acting from Université de Montréal and École Supérieure de Théâtre (UQÀM), respectively. His educational background is complemented by a Reflective Teaching Practice Certificate from OISE (UK) and ongoing professional development in fields such as instructional design and leadership.
