Shawn Parr

I grew up for the most part in Texas, but spent time in Chicago and Southern California as well, before settling into life in NYC. I've lived here for more than 20 years. Love to travel and go to the theatre whenever I can. I'm recently married and loving NY. 

I have 6 years experience bartending in busy upscale casual restaurants in Manhattan. Also I have years of server experience in fine dining to busy casual restaurants in the city. I'm motivated, detail oriented and highly effective in multitasking in high energy situations. My biggest attribute is my high level of friendly customer service and building long lasting professional relationships and repeat clientele. Very team oriented, not afraid to ask questions and always willing to help the team in anyway.  I'm always seeking to learn and grow within the industry. 

I studied and graduated at a premier performing arts college on Manhattan's Upper West Side. Communication is vital in the service industry and my years of study and professional work in the arts has been invaluable to me throughout my years working in restaurants and bars.
