About Sharon Russell:

My name is Sharon Russell, and I hold a Master's degree in HR Management. I have 6 years of experience teaching at the elementary level and 5 years of retail management experience. Throughout my career, I have gained hands-on experience in interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees. I have also been responsible for scheduling and verifying payroll.
