Accounting Admin

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording account receivable and accounts payable data.
• Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits. 
• Reconcile the account receivable and accounts payable by ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Generate reports detailing account receivable and accounts payable statues
• Understand expense accounts and cost centers
• Understand compliance issues around accounts payable process (W-9, sales tax, etc.) and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Act as a liaison between headquarters and retail locations for accounts payable / accounts receivable related transactions.
• Post customer card, check and/ ACH payments.
• Assist Vendors, Customers, HQ, and other Internal Users with customer payments and other inquiries.
• Maintain accounts payable reports and account receivable and spreadsheets 
• Work with parent company to manage inter-company transactions.
• Other duties as assigned.
