With over 20 years of experience in FileMaker Pro development and cross-platform IT environments, I bring a proven ability to design, build, and maintain robust database solutions that support real-world business needs. My background includes deep expertise in Mac systems, complemented by strong PC and networking knowledge, making me uniquely positioned to support hybrid environments. I’ve led database overhauls, implemented compliance tracking systems, and optimized performance across sectors including education, biotech, e-commerce, and government. Bachelor of Arts in English from Rutgers University, where I also served as a Student Representative for Apple, supporting training, trade shows, and early Macintosh adoption in higher education. I continued my technical development as an Apple intern and later earned a certificate in Good Clinical Practices from UC Santa Cruz Extension. My foundation in systems and electronics was built during my service as a Sonar Technician in the U.S. Navy, where I performed component-level repairs on complex electronic systems aboard submarines and surface ships—training that continues to inform my methodical, mission-driven approach to problem solving.
