University of Hawaii: (1) Discovered and characterized biosurfactant secreted from bacteria. (2) Characterized enhanced biodegradation of dibenzothiophene in bacteria. (3) Developed LC/MSMS relative and absolute (TMT) quantitative proteomics workflows.

Evolve Biosystems: (1) Developed analytical tools to support the formulation of an oligosaccharide-enriched prebiotic product for infants. (2) Explored detection methods suitable for diagnosis of dysbiosis in infant stool. (3) Expanded analytical capabilities for testing of clinical trial samples.

Amaratek: (1) Developed formulation for accelerated corrosion of stainless steel and analytical methods for its analysis. (2) Developed and validated LCMS method for quantitation of perfluorinated alkyl substances.

Shimadzu Scientific Instruments: (1) Developed 17+ MS-based qualitative methods with high resolution mass analyzers for small molecules discovery to support a wide range of customers and applications. (2) Developed 5+ quantitative methods with unit resolution mass analyzers for small molecules and proteins. (3) Trained 35+ new MS users on 5 different mass analyzer product lines while fitting their laboratory settings and needs. (4) Collaborated with three universities to stablish Shimadzu analytical suites (SPARQ programs, over $2M accounts).

TriLink Biotechnologies: (1) Launched four RUO products (saRNA, 3 IVT kits) and two GMP products (gRNA and Plasmid). (2) Developed seven novel analytical methodologies for mRNA analysis of critical quality attributes and major impurities, and 15+ methods for QC release (3) Developed, validated and transferred 25+ CDMO client methods.
