I have more than 2 decades of combined Managing experience, where I have gained a diverse knowledge of various aspects of Management Operations, 

Production Operations, Equipment Operation and Train the Trainer for Equipment and Systems, Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Management, ISO Certifications, Internal Auditing and Management. 

Completely proficient in a multitude of computer applications and WMS, SAP, Oracle, Reverse Logistics, Servigistics, SalesPad, iConect, GDIT (SMTS/FCS).

Knowledge and skills are adaptable to any situation or atmosphere, as I am eager to learn and able to do so very quickly. 

HLP Integration – Operations Manager

• Work on Continuous Improvement Projects including Kaizen, 5’s, etc.
• Overseeing full Operations of Veteran’s file being converted from paper documents to digital documents.
• Overseeing all remote projects including but not limited to State and Federal projects.
• Overseeing all IT aspects of this project from Development to daily issues

ExpressPoint Technologies – Operations Manager

• Responsible for all recruiting/hiring, terminating, consoling, training, and payroll approval/submitting for our Logistics teams. 
• Required to travel when needed both Domestically and Internationally
• Manage most of the internal IT issues and am required to be up to date with all internal systems.
• Interact with all our internal and external customers daily, whether it is for escalations or planning for larger production output. 
• Maintain reports for our internal and external customers on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle count for the FGI, MRB, WIP, and OOW units and maintain 99.7% - 100% accuracy.
• Perform official Physical Inventory counts and work with our Accounts Payable team on all variances and adjustments.
• Trained as an Internal Auditor for ISO 2018;9001.
• Certified through Crown as a Train the Trainer for all Industrial Equipment.
• Work with our IT development team on all development updates and creations to the internal systems and User Interfaces that manage our day-to-day business. This also includes the creation of test scripts, completing the testing, and approving the move to Production.
