I am a customer experience oriented professional, with extensive knowledge of customer support in both the private and government sectors with a focus on technical support with complex operations. Over the last year focusing on permitting services for residential and commercial projects. This included both face to face and inquiries over CRM software platforms like Zendesk and Salesforce. I am a people person through and through with a passion for supporting and maximizing customers' experience.
