• Part of a two person receiving team, responsible for maintaining the store warehouse and receiving area.
• Ensured that incoming shipments matched invoices and signed for shipments.
• Operated manual and electric pallet jacks, as well as forklift on a daily basis to bring pallets into the warehouse and throughout the store, and organized back stock by department in the warehouse.

• Started as a temporary worker in iTunes tier 1. Hired on permanently with Apple after 8 months. Promoted to iTunes tier 2 in 2009. Promoted to a specialty technical support team in 2013.
• Provided high level support for iTunes, iCloud, Apple ID, iPod, iPhone, iPad, Apple Photo Services, Apple Watch, and macOS.
• Wrote up failure analysis documents for emerging issues to be sent to AppleCare Engineering and marketing.
• Created and delivered training presentations to groups of up to 60 people, including Senior Advisors, coaches, analysts, and managers, and acted as a point of contact for coaching, as well as issue resolution with internal tools.
• Completed a 6 month rotation in AppleCare Worldwide Scheduling, where I was responsible for updating employee records, approving or denying time off requests, and responding to tickets regarding employee scheduling errors.
