My name is Rothanit, everyone just calls me Roth as it's easy, I'd like to think of myself as an upbeat and goal-oriented person, I'm currently a part time real estate agent helping others smooth the path into their new homes, I'm also an avid strength training enthusiast having over four years of weightlifting and swimming under my belt, what got me into fitness was that I came from a very unhealthy lifestyle being overweighted at 16 years of age and had a NAFLD and close to being a diabetic so something just had to give, so my goal is to help others get on the right path regarding their fitness before they had to go through something like I did.

I've worked as a chef at a local Asian restaurant in Dublin, OH. my tasks were to prepare ingredients for courses, supervise new workers and instruct them on how to prepare the plates, comply with Food Safety Administration rules and regulations on how to store and serve food for the best conditions.

Later on I would went on to get my real estate license, and had been working part time for Key Realty until present, my task as a team member are to write offer contracts, meeting with potential buyers or sellers, negotiate the contract and come to an agreeable terms, oversee and bring the deal to a successful closing, and lastly keeping the records and any confidential informations.

Before I got my NASM-CPT certificate, I was studying for real estate license at Davis college online course, the course contained principles and practice,  real estate law, appraisal and finance which I had complete in March 2022. 

 After that I would went on to get my private pilot airplane certificate through Spencer Aviation located in Delaware, OH and completed it May 2023, in other word I get to fly small airplanes for pleasure and take anyone up without getting paid. 

Lastly, I would complete my NASM certify personal trainer program through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Gilbert, AZ in June 2023.
