Rachel brings over eight years of experience in operations, sales support, and team leadership, primarily within the commercial office furniture industry. As General Manager of Sales and Operations at Texas Office Products and Supply in Austin, she oversees daily business operations including financial tracking, budgeting, and reporting while helping guide the company’s strategic growth. She has played a key role in implementing initiatives that drive revenue, improve margins, and expand market presence, while also leading and developing cross-functional teams to maintain a strong culture of accountability and collaboration.

Prior to this role, Rachel built a strong foundation in operations and client support as an Executive Assistant at Office Furniture NOW!, where she coordinated events, supported accounting and operational processes, and gained hands-on experience in sales and workspace solutions. In addition to her professional work, she serves as Vice President of the Board and a volunteer firefighter with North Hays County Fire & Rescue, demonstrating leadership, ethical governance, and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
