In my previous roles as an Asst. Technical Manager at Aerodry Plastics Automation Pvt. Ltd. and a Technical Manager at SumiLax SMT Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I demonstrated strong analytical and leadership skills. I played pivotal roles in designing optimum systems for turnkey projects, assessing automation requirements, and leading teams of field engineers. These experiences equipped me with a keen understanding of technical requirements, strategic planning, and effective communication skills.
