Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology – Created a solid foundation in human behavior, motivation, interpersonal dynamics, and formed a people-first frame of reference for recruiting and talent management.
MBA in Marketing – Created advanced knowledge and experience in business planning, business branding, action planning, and strategic communication for a competitive recruitment strategy and employer branding.
Juris Doctor (in progress), Massachusetts School of Law – Concentration in employment law and corporate ethics, professionally refined my expertise in compliance, fairness, and ethical employment practices and norms.
