My name is Dr. Nikolas Kerr.  I have worked in the social services field for over 20 years and I have served as clinical staff and management. I have worked on several state grant projects in Iowa and Illinois and have worked extensively with state agencies and community partners on numerous collaborative project.  I pride myself on forming strong partnerships and being a caring, compassionate leader.
