Nicole Engen

I am a barista trainer with a positive attitude and a passion to spread kindness. Currently in school for phlebotomy, I have already passed my EKG certification with a 92%. I am skilled in leading others, implementing kindness with professional detachment, and communication. I am determined to gather some medical experience in whatever form possible!

I train others on how to provide an excellent customer service experience while efficiently crafting beverages at Starbucks.  Each week, my goal I set is to improve my store’s coffee passion and customer connections. I work in a fast paced environment and methodically multitask, while training others on how to do the same. I have trained four partners, all of whom excelled and still remain with the company. 

I attend National Career Education to become a certified and licensed phlebotomist, EKG technician, and lab assistant. I am currently two months in, holding a 4.0 GPA and have completed 25 successful draws using syringes, vacutainers, and even winged infusion sets.
