Nicole Allen

I have approximately 29 years of experience with security. I worked at the Texas Department of Corrections. I retired as a Lieutenant. Job duties included;supervising, customer service, scheduling, report writing, observing, cctv, counting and responsible for the day activities. Also worked at Texas Children’s Hospital for 3 years. Job duties included security, cctv, patrolling, report writing, prioritizing elevators, customer service and maintaining security of the facility.

I currently have approximately 30 years of security experience. I worked at TDC-ID 25 of those years retiring as a Lieutenant of Corrections. Job duties included customer service, payroll, counting, supervising subordinates, scheduling, cctv, report writing and maintaining security of the facility. My most recent job was with Texas Children’s Hospital in which I performed similar task with customer service being the top priority along with security.
