Peter Bawa

During the day I am a Business Analyst and Project Manager. I gather project requirements, meet with stakeholders and committees, create and update project artifacts such as scope and budget, and create and manage project tasks and timelines. I have managed IT components of several corporate mergers and acquisitions; major IT transformations such as data analysis and migrations, building our new on-premise data centers, and migrating from on-premise to the Cloud. I have many years of experience in the Energy and Medical industries. Experienced in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, trained as a scrum master and product owner as well. No project is too small or too large. I especially hope to help small businesses solve problems and work through projects, this is one of my passions.

During the evening I own my own genealogy services business; I help people create and maintain family trees, search for lost relatives, understand their connections to one another, and share their knowledge with others.

I am also an online tutor for individuals and school districts in World History, Geography, Writing and Literature. Helping children is where motivation and love of learning all starts.

I am a huge reader (of science fiction, psychology, and history) and soon-to-be author and illustrator, working on several writing projects simultaneously. One of them should be published this year.

Finally, I am a performing musician on demand, playing upright and electric bass, in many genres of music.
