I grew up working with my dad, pouring concrete, and have remained determined to finish the job from a very young age.

My career spans roles from Product Support at Kenworth to Parts & Service Advisor for Freightliner, and now managing teams, vendors, and compliance as a Fleet & Service Manager. I've cut parts costs by 20%, implemented preventive maintenance programs, and ensured environmental compliance across the board. Whether it's negotiating contracts, training dispatchers, or overseeing DOT inspections, I focus on solutions that boost uptime and cut waste. Passionate about growth, discipline, and character, I lead with both technical skill and a people-first mindset.
