I oversee rental properties on behalf of owners, making sure they’re well-maintained, profitable, and compliant with local laws. I handle everything from marketing vacant units and screening tenants to negotiating leases, collecting rent, coordinating repairs, and addressing tenant concerns. As a licensed broker, I also supervise other property managers or agents, manage client relationships, and advise owners on how to maximize their property’s value and returns.
