Just a little over 2 years ago, I decided to permanently migrate to America after obtaining my Bachelor's degree in the Philippines. I promptly started my career in the service industry in Las Vegas, starting as a barista in a famous coffee shop. Now, after vigorously progressing my career in the service industry, I confidently possess multifaceted customer service skills from all of my experiences as a student and a worker. On top of that, I am also a creative, with intermediate knowledge in software such as Adobe Lightroom, Premiere and Photoshop. I am active with niche-specific content creation, some videos amassing millions of views. I have superior office and management skills and am proficient in some software such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher. My interests include: Travelling, Photography, Videography, Modelling, Fitness, Beauty, Journaling, Mental Health, and Fashion.

Currently working as a lead server, I started my career humbly as a student intern housekeeper at The Broadmoor back in 2018. After graduating and migrating to America in 2021, I had to climb the service ladder and was obtaining experience from the bottom up. I started as a barista at a famous coffee shop named Dutch Bro's. Working as a barista truly exposed me to the American culture which was very appropriate for my learning as an immigrant. Later, I got hired as a hostess and cashier at the Wynn in this high-end restaurant called Cipriani. This made me experience customer service in a different spectrum as I am dealing with upscale customers. On top of that, my management skills improved as well as I was dealing with money and important reservations. Now, I got hired as a server in a karaoke lounge called Moonlight Karaoke, confident in dealing with all types of customers, easily showcasing my skills learned from experience, as to why I got promoted in less than 2 months. 

I have a Bachelor of Science Major in Tourism Management degree from De La Salle University, Damarinas, Philippines.
