Over 3 years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), delivering in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays. 5 years of early childhood teaching experience, including roles as a lead VPK teacher and kindergarten instructor. Skilled in behavior intervention, data collection, lesson planning, and working closely with families and BCBAs to support client progress.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis at Albizu University (expected 2026). Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and holder of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
