I have been a salesperson for the majority of my career.  I am also an entrepreneur.  My sales background taught me how to build relationships with clients and manage the entire sales process.  There roles were all 100% commission so I had to hustle to build the businesses.  I struggled with money for decades raising two kids on my own with no child support or alimony and awoke several years ago to the realization that I knew nothing about money and needed to learn quickly.  I then read 225 books and completely changed my financial situation.  I therefore quit my sales job to begin teaching others what I had learned in an effort to avoid seeing primarily women end up where I had found myself just a few years earlier.  That morphed into teaching kids which is the most rewarding work I can imagine doing.  

My recent education, other than a financial coaching certificate, was quite honestly self taught.  I read for years and implemented the strategies I learned.  It has served me well and I continue to learn on a weekly basis in order to serve my clients in the best way I can.
