I also lead our overtime optimization, help fix technical infrastructure (even wiring on a video wall), and play a core role in leadership meetings. And I do it all while training the next generation of dispatchers.

Currently, I serve as the Lead Dispatcher for NYU Campus Safety Communications, where I supervise a 24/7/365 operation and lead initiatives in training, CAD efficiency, incident logging, and interdepartmental coordination.

I hold certifications in APCO CCS, CTO, and COML, and I have completed coursework in cybersecurity and emergency management. My background includes technical support, logistics, and team leadership in both the public and private sectors.
