Phoebe Chew
Administrative
About Phoebe Chew:
Hello! I’m an administrative professional passionate about building smooth, efficient operations and providing meaningful support to the teams I work with. Currently serving as an Administrative Associate at UT Southwestern Medical Center’s Division of Endocrinology, I partner closely with division leadership to ensure faculty, staff, and operations are set up for success.
I bring a proactive, people-centered approach to my work, and I thrive in roles where I can contribute to both the details and the big picture. Day-to-day, I:
Support Leadership: Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and oversee key communications for division heads.
Drive Operational Efficiency: Monitor budgets, track expenses, and maintain financial records to ensure responsible resource use.
Engage & Inform Teams: Create newsletters, deliver updates, and assist with internal presentations to keep communication clear and connected.
Welcome & Support Talent: Lead interview coordination and onboarding to ensure new hires feel confident and equipped from day one.
Coordinate Key Projects: Contribute to grant submissions, events, and strategic initiatives that move the division forward.
I hold a BBA in Business Management from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, where I developed a strong foundation in organization, planning, and leadership. I'm continually motivated by the opportunity to help others succeed—and to grow in a mission-driven environment where my work can have a lasting impact.
Beyond the responsibilities, what drives me is the desire to be part of an organization where the work is meaningful and the culture is collaborative. I’m seeking a workplace where I can thrive both professionally and personally—one that values community, creativity, and a shared sense of purpose.
