I spent the last 29 years working in restaurants started as a cook or waiter then about 15yrs in management positions 

I also have 8 yrs in plumbing and hvac. As a Manger in restaurants I was responsible for payroll, inventory and daily operations of the store 

I have a GED followed by some college.
