I spent the Majority of my career with JCPenney beginning with the Print Room. I moved up to Computer Operator, Print Room Supervisor, Network Tech, Network Tech II, and Network Tech III.  I transferred to Plano, TX to take a position as a Mainframe Performance tech specializing in Network.  I was then selected as the Training Supervisor for a Management Trainee Program.  I was a Network Tech lead until I moved on to IBM as a Technical Account Manager, and then Sr. Technical Account Manager.

I've been in IT since I graduated from High School. Over my many years I've learned a broad spectrum of Hardware and Software, but my focus in more recent years has been Network Communications.  I leveraged that knowledge and some Collage classes in VMware to obtain a position as a Technical Account Manager with IBM.  I was certified as IBM Certified Technical Advocate - Cloud v4, IBM Cloud for VMware v1 Specialty, and Nutanix Certified Associate 6.5.  I also have many badges earned, to include Blockchain, Kubernetes, Docker, Quantum Computing and Watson AI.
