About Meghan Arthur:

-I bring 12 years of experience in UX Design, UXR, Product and Human Factors in Design Research -I have created and sustained successful Product backlogs, moving P&Ls up words for 5 million with Product Design in single product streams -Experience in advertising, paid media, and ad spend -I have lead teams of five+ and motored 10+ while balancing Design & Product responsibilities -I've worked in B2B and B2C in startup and corporate alike within many industries

Experience

I have thirteen years of experience working in the design field, most recently at Estée Lauder Companies, where I worked my way up to Manager of UX Research. While I was there, I sharpened my skills by creating and improving design systems, defining and launching UX metrics and developing programs for measuring the end-to-end user experience. Leading UX teams, and pushing design thinking across the product team.  And in fact, I lead the UI and UX efforts for Purchase with Purchase for Holiday '22, bringing Estée's conversion rates up by 13% over two weeks resulting in an additional 5 million in sales. While at Catalye.io & MagicLinks alike, I grew and mentored teams of four and five respectively–UX researchers, UX Designers and Product Owners. I also established the Center of Excellence of UX Design at Catalyte.io,  mentoring 11 UI Front End Developers.  I created and maintained the Product backlog at MagicLinks as I oversaw a team of five.  At MagicLinks, I launched the Gifting Suite, automating the program resulting in 4 million dollars of micro-gifting annually.
