My background includes extensive experience in molecular techniques such as vector design, culture maintenance, vector transformation, and gene cloning (Gibson assembly, Golden Gate assembly). I have successfully employed site-directed mutagenesis, directed evolution, and high-throughput screening in various research projects. My analytical expertise encompasses protein purification techniques, including Ni-NTA, IEC, SEC, and AKTA-FPLC, alongside SDS-PAGE, gel electrophoresis, DSF, Western blot, and HPLC-HIC column analysis. Additionally, I have hands-on experience with NMR, MALDI-TOF, and cell-based functional assays.

In addition to my technical skills, I have significant experience in lab management, including drafting SOPs, maintaining meticulous documentation, ordering supplies, grant writing, and publishing manuscripts. My collaborative nature and leadership capabilities have allowed me to mentor and supervise junior scientists, students, and fellows effectively. Moreover, I am proficient in utilizing analytical software such as SNAP gene, GraphPad, Unicorn, and the Microsoft Office suite to support experimental design and data analysis. My contributions to published research in esteemed journals, including Applied Environmental Microbiology, ACS Chemical Biology, Analytical Chemistry, and Methods in Enzymology, reflect my commitment to advancing scientific knowledge and innovation.
