I am writing to express my deep passion for customer service and my extensive experience in both
hospitality and corporate environments. My journey began over a decade ago in a high-end restaurant
where I started as a hostess and worked my way up to closing manager. This foundational experience
allowed me to learn directly from some of the finest culinary talents in the state, shaping my dedication
to exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working for diverse businesses, from mom-and-pop
establishments to catering to VIP clients in Northern California. Each opportunity has honed my skills in
anticipating client needs, exceeding expectations, and elevating the overall experience.
While living in San Francisco, I transitioned to a corporate role as the lead corporate conference planner
for Wells Fargo headquarters. In this position, I worked closely with administrative assistants, overseeing
the logistics for the executive team. My responsibilities included coordinating with external vendors,
custodial and janitorial teams, HVAC, security, and other key partners to ensure seamless execution of
the executives’ schedules and movements across the country. I later continued this role with Blue Cross
Blue Shield headquarters of Texas, performing similar duties in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Additionally, my time volunteering at Oakland International High School as a mentor and wellness
coordinator enriched my ability to connect with people on a deeper level. I organized monthly food
drives, prom, and a cultural festival that celebrated the diversity of the school’s student body. Bringing
people together for a cause or an experience has always been my passion, whether in a community or
corporate setting.
I thrive on creating meaningful connections and ensuring the highest level of service for every guest and
client I work with. My attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to anticipating and
fulfilling the needs of others set me apart in any environment.
