Provided first-line IT support, resolving incidents such as password resets, account access issues, and software troubleshooting. Delivered technical support for Windows OS and Microsoft Office package. Conducted routine system checks and maintained IT equipment. Responsible for managing new hires by ordering new assets from supplier, prepare equipment shipment, support device configuration and installation of laptops, PC and mobile devices. Created AD users and groups, password reset, network connectivity of device and installing necessary software application.
