My name is Maria Luisa, simply known in the community as Jeng.  I am a mom to a 13 year-old middle-schooler.  I have always worked and held a position of trust in all the organizations I have been involved in.  I have a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and have worked in the health care business for seven years.  Migrating to the US, I spent 11 years in the real estate and financing industry.  I am a people-person. Has excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills  needed to manage assigned tasks and gives critical attention to detail. My advocacy has always been for for education and the environment.  This has compelled me to volunteer and become an active member in the school and community as a board member of the PTA and School Site Council. I love being indoors as well as exploring the outdoors.
