Responsible for Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, and all necessary support functions. COVID caused the campus to close but while working in this position my responsibilities included: 

• Provide customer service by assisting with library events, testing sessions, and scheduled reading. 

• Provide service to customers to make card registrations, catalog borrowed items, pay fees, reserve materials, discharging materials, research assistance, and reader advisory.
