It’s so challenging making an About Me when I don’t like talking about me, so here I go! I am a Los Angeles Native, techie, and closet content creator, artist, and writer. The people in my life come to me for logical advice and to bounce ideas off. I love everything fashion, beauty, music, and film. I also love to travel, meet new people, help people, and solve puzzles.

My love for puzzles has served me well in assisting my department in the company restructure and in my previous position as an Implementation Manager at Greenslate. As the Implementation Manager, my responsibilities included overseeing the CRM pipeline, quality software implementations, escalating issues to our Design/Development team, creating internal and external training materials, executing audits, and maintaining implementation templates. It was such a joy to help clients and learn about varying their workflows to streamline them into templates for the best optimization. These templates are still being utilized after the restructure with the new Implementation team.

In my new position as a Technical Account Manager, I’m excited to bring my experience and tenured technical skills to the newly structured team. My success with creating workflows for the Implementation team is now being utilized within the new Technical Account Management team. My time at Greenslate continues to teach me new things about myself and how I rise to challenges. The new things I’ve learned about myself are that I enjoy writing technical articles, building workflows, and bridging the gap between my analytical and creative brain.

I’m excited for the opportunity to merge my past Fashion Retail sales experience and my current Technical Management experience to expand my business knowledge. Until then, I’m still immersing myself in all things fashion, beauty, music, and film to feed my creativity, art, and culture passions. My professional experience includes a diverse background spanning technical account management, client onboarding, customer support, and retail. In technical roles, I've facilitated client onboarding, provided training, managed support for VIP clients, collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve software and client experiences, and created knowledge bases and training materials. I've also handled accounting tasks for film productions and provided administrative support. In retail, I focused on sales, customer service, fashion expertise, visual merchandising, and building client relationships. I consistently exceeded goals and provided exceptional customer experiences across all roles.

My most relevant education includes the Project Management, Digital Marketing, and Fashion Management certifications I'm currently working on acquiring.
