Caleb Darmofalski

I am Caleb Darmofalski though I prefer the name Rei (pronounced Ray). I have been working in customer service for over 5 years, interacting with customers and consistently outputting high quality work each and every day and I strive to make every person who interacts with me walk away with a smile on their face and remembering the great service they got at potentially your company. I am a very passionate person who loves to create arts and write which are skills I hone every day in my free time. If you hire me I will output consistent work every day and make everyone who interacts with me end their day with a smile on their face.

I have experience in customer facing positions which I have been working in since I was 16 years old. I started as a Banquet Server at the Aqua Turf in Plantsville CT starting in September of 2022, where I set up the banquet room efficiently to the customers request including glassware, silver ware, linen, and other items. I had welcomed and greet guests professionally and politely. I always made guests my highest priority and let them know I was there to personally take care of them and served food in the appropriate order to ensure consistency throughout the event. 

During August 2023 I changed positions to a Five Guys crew member in Farmington CT though June of 2025. I would greet customers, take multiple roles thoughout the day including, room attendant, grill operator, sandwich maker, fry station, drinks and cashier. I would maintain friendly, fast and accurate service, ensure an excellent customer experience, and keep all products consistent with company standards, work as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks and complete any other duties assigned by management.

Next during June 2025 I had changed positions again to a Pizza Cook at Amorosos Pizzeria in Avon CT through January 2026, leaving the position due to health issue I had at the time. I had cooked pizza efficiently with a high bar of quality and consistency and maintained a consistent cleanliness in the kitchen, deep cleaning during the night and setting up during the afternoon.

Finally I am currently working at XtraMart in Plainville CT, on the night shift. I greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone, adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices, operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery tobacco levels, maintain the cleanliness of the store and complete other tasks assigned by management.
