Owner
Providing business operations, process improvement, and performance metrics design consulting to Houston area businesses, using Six Boxes, Anatomy of Performance, Human Performance Technology, and Lean Six Sigma tools and technologies.

Owner / Operator
Founded and managed a suburban micro-brewery serving the Kingwood area.  The operation included six fermenters, with the capacity to produce 3,875 gallons of product per month, a canning line which produced up to 80 cases of beer daily, 2500 cubic feet of refrigerated storage.  The staff included an outside sales person, a delivery person and a service staff of eight.

• Developed and implemented all training programs for the staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Designed brewing systems and supervised the installation of all equipment. Developed TQM processes to ensure compliance with sanitation standards and operating quality
• Secured all necessary permits and licenses needed to open and operate the business including, construction permits, certificate of occupancy, business licenses, tax permits, alcoholic beverage licenses and health permits

Organizational Development / Change Management Consultant
Provided consulting services internally to Insperity’s Senior Management.  Served as the Subject Matter Expert for BlueWorks, and SharePoint, and managed several projects centered around performance metrics development and management and process improvement metrics development.

Financial Operations Analyst
Reported to the Chief Accounting Officer and provided analytical data and financial reports for a portfolio of 30 US and international (six countries) hotels.  The main focus was to provide a consolidated P&L, conforming to US GAAP for all of the hotels in the group.

• Financial Analysis - Financial Operations of Hotel Portfolio Acquired via Partnership with Goldman Sachs Provided analysis of revenues and related frequencies to develop reporting for Chief Accounting Officer 
• Forecast Analysis - Consolidated Portfolio Reporting of Variances to Actual, Forecast, and Budget.  Developed flex / flow models to control labor and operating expenses and track gross operating profit
• Operating Performance Reporting - Thirty-Six Full-Service Properties in Seven Countries Weekly, Monthly business unit ad-hoc financial performance reporting: 800M+ in Revenues

Regional General Manager, Eurest Dining Services Division
Managed a complex of five dining facilities for Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems, serving a total of 5500 meals daily and VIP catering for military senior officers, engineers and scientists, and visiting dignitaries who were onsite to review new products and receive updates on ongoing projects.   

• Recovered more than $250K in unpaid invoices that were more than 120 days in arears 
• Planned and managed an all-employee event serving more than 10,000 employees and family members in all five facilities simultaneously

Research Consultant
Provided market research in support of a government review of military lodging services for all branches of the US armed services.

• Assessed more than 100 facilities including an on-base physical audit in Okinawa
