Lydia Matusko

I'm a freshman at Michigan State University with a passion for leadership, teamwork, and people management. My experience in food service and retail has strengthened my ability to work in fast-paced environments, communicate effectively, and lead by example. I thrive in collaborative settings and am committed to developing the skills necessary for a future in human resource management.

As I work toward my degree, I’m eager to gain hands-on experience in HR, learning more about talent development, organizational culture, and employee relations. Always open to networking and new opportunities, so please reach out!

Over the years I've worked in childcare, food service, and retail. While all three are different they have many things in common and the most notable is customer service. Helping people and making sure they are satisfied with their experience is my number one priority when it comes to work and I will do what I can to make it happen.

I graduated from Chelsea High School as Magna Cum Laude and I am currently a freshman at Michigan State University. I am going to study Human Resource Management and so far I've already learned so much about the business world and networking. I'm excited to learn more and expand on my education through the years.
