In my role as a Shipping Manager, I was responsible for overseeing the entire shipping process, ensuring shipments were delivered promptly and efficiently. My duties included coordinating with suppliers, managing transportation schedules, and handling inventory management. I was instrumental in streamlining shipping operations, which resulted in significant cost savings and improved customer satisfaction.

Academically, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Criminal Justice. These educational foundations have provided me with a solid grasp of management principles, legal perspectives, and strategic problem-solving skills essential for effective shipping management. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, with an anticipated graduation date in the fall of 2025. This program is expanding my technical knowledge and enhancing my ability to leverage technology to improve logistical operations and data analytics.
