At BetMGM (2017-present) I’ve built a career at the intersection of Human Resources, Culture, and Events, designing programs and experiences that bring people together, celebrate performance, and elevate the employee experience across a rapidly growing organization.

As a strategic and creative leader, I’ve driven initiatives that blend event creation, employee engagement, and brand storytelling, from large-scale company celebrations and wellness programs to recognition frameworks and belonging campaigns. My work spans concept design, project management, stakeholder collaboration, vendor partnerships, and on-site execution, always with an eye toward impact, connection, and innovation.
