• Oversees team working to develop automation and AI initiatives within the digital operations team.
• Responsible for overseeing implementation of Business Advertiser Agreements (BAAs) for healthcare clients that are impacted by HIPAA.
• Manages vendor relations when onboarding new platforms or software.
• Responsible for overseeing development and design of a new internal reporting platform (SAAS product) for use by multiple local marketing groups across the country.
• Worked very closely with ops and sales leadership to ensure the final product would address the needs of both teams as well as clients.
• Overseeing data ingestion from multiple ad serving platforms into reporting platforms.
• Ensuring data integrity for all data within reporting platforms.
• Continuing to develop a project plan to upgrade the internal reporting platform to add enhanced functionality to allow for reporting and campaign tracking to be managed in a centralized platform.
