Laura Lai

I am an 18 year old student who is heading into her freshmen year of college. I will be attending the University of Texas at Austin this incoming fall. I love helping people, living an active, healthy lifestyle, socializing, and problem solving. 

I have worked as a summer camp counselor for 3 years, 2021-2023. The camp consisted up to 50 kids, ranging from ages 3-12. My job included assisting camps with all their wants and needs, ensuring safety, creating a fun, educational, and comforting environment. I also made educational presentations to present and led fun interactive activities and games

I have received my high school diploma from Lamar High School, finishing with a 4.8/5 weighted gpa, and will be entering my freshmen year of college at the University of Texas at Austin this coming fall
