Jane Bretz

I have over 20 years of experience in the field of Project Management, Delivery Management, and Client Experience. I love technology, history, geography, culture and learning new skills both in business and personally.  I am an avid reader of both non-fiction and fiction.  I read everything from business books to history topics.  I always love a fiction book with a unique perspective, setting or voice.  

I through my 20+ year career, have worked with everyone from smaller enterprises to the largest multinationals.  My experience comes through companies such as Verizon Business, Level 3 (now Lumen), managed service provider Meriplex and consulting firm Quisitive (formerly Catapult Systems).  A majority of my clients were in Oil and Gas, but I have also worked with retail companies, and Government entities.  I have also worked across cultures and countries throughout my career. I have also done some independent consulting in IT, Unified Communicaitons, Cloud Services and Multi-Media.  

I have a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Houston.  I find that this degree matches well with project management.  It gives you the ability to use data analysis skills to predict risk and outcomes.  It also helps you do better presentations and predict audiences for more effective delivery of information.
