As a Human Resources Manager with a specialization in the psychology of recruitment processes and candidate assessment, I bring a unique perspective to the hiring and talent management functions. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how psychological principles can be applied to improve the selection process, ensuring that the right candidates are chosen not only based on their skills but also on their alignment with the company culture and values.

I’ve had the privilege of working in three different companies, where I served as the Head of Human Resources. In these roles, I was responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing strategies to attract top talent, and implementing programs that supported employee well-being and professional growth. My experience in recruitment firms has also allowed me to refine my ability to match the right candidates with the right roles, making sure that both the company’s needs and the candidate’s aspirations are met.
